LPA 139/2020 & CM APPL. 10882/2020, CM APPL. 10883/2020, CM APPL. 10884/2020 At the outset, Dr. Singhvi - who appears for the appellant, on instructions, states that the appellant wishes to withdraw the present

applications as well as the LPA with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge.

Mr. Rajiv Nayar, learned senior counsel is also present. He states that the appellant has also preferred LPA 140/2020 and similar applications - as moved in the present LPA, have been moved in the said LPA. The said LPA was directed to be listed today, however, the same has not been so listed. He states, on instructions that the appellant would withdraw those applications as filed, as well as LPA 140/2020, once again, with liberty to approach the Learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, the present LPA 139/2020 as well as LPA 140/2020 stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to move the learned Single Judge.
