% 15.03.2016 I.A. No.9271/2015 (for recalling of the order dated 11th February, 2015) and I.A. No.9272/2015 (for condonation of delay), by respondent No one appears on behalf of the applicant/respondent when the matter is taken up.

Under these circumstances, both these applications are dismissed in default.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the next date before the Arbitrator is 29th March, 2016. He states that the respondent is not appearing before the Arbitrator despite of having knowledge about the arbitration proceedings. In the interest of justice, the respondent is granted liberty to raise all the pleas raised in the application being I.A. No.9271/2015 before the Arbitrator which will be decided as per its own merits.
