Heard the learned Counsel for the Appellant.

After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the Appellants states that the Appellants may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal with some observations for expeditious disposal of the writ petition for the reason that timeline for the Arbitration Tribunal to decide the Arbitration proceedings is likely to end in the month of November, 2026. 3.

Accordingly, the Appeal as well as the pending Applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.

We, however, request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of the writ petition and decide the same expeditiously considering the fact that the Arbitration proceedings are likely to end in the month of November, 2026.
