Decree holder seeks execution of the money decree dated 4.11.2015 against properties stated in Annexure-A and which are outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

Accordingly, let transfer certificate, non-satisfaction certificate and certified copy of the decree be issued to the decree holder on payment of necessary charges for decree to be executed by the competent court at Faridabad in Haryana or Haridwar in Uttarakhand as per request of the Ex.P. No.7/2016

decree holder which will be made to the Registry. 4.

Execution petition is accordingly disposed of for the time being by granting the transfer certificate, non-satisfaction certificate and certified copy of the decree etc to the decree holder.
