% 01.04.2019 Mr. Neeraj Malhotra, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 states that pursuant to the last order he has obtained instructions and as per his instructions, respondent no. 3 has deposited the amount equivalent to entire net option value, in cash, with respondent no.2. In other words, the case of the petitioner that the margin money already lying with the respondent no.2 has been blocked in view of the impugned circular has been answered by the action of the trading member. He states nothing further survives in the writ petition.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states he has other grievances as well. It is made clear that if the petitioner has any other grievance, he is at liberty to seek such remedy as available in law. With the aforesaid the petition stands disposed of. V.
