The petitioners are serving as 'Nursing Officers' in Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya Society under the Government of NCT of Delhi ["GNCTD"]. They seek several directions, including with respect to accumulation of Earned Leaves, availability of Leave Travel Concession, Children Education Allowance, Operation Theatre Allowance, Dearness Allowance and subscription to the Employees Provident Scheme, Gratuity and Delhi Government Employees Health Scheme. The petitioners have made several representations to GNCTD in this regard, including a detailed representation dated 25.07.2024, which inter alia covers the reliefs sought in this petition. The representations have not been answered.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, with a direction upon the GNCTD to consider their representation and pass appropriate orders. 4.

I am also of the view that where multifarious reliefs of this sort are sought, it is appropriate for an administrative decision to be taken first rather than undertaking a judicial assessment at the first instance. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the representation dated 25.07.2024 and the grounds taken in the present writ petition will be considered by the respondents and an order will be passed within eight weeks from today. 6.

The writ petition, along with the accompanying application, is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid directions.
