This writ petition was listed on 06.08.2024 and was called three times but there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. In order to give another chance to the Petitioner to appear, the matter was adjourned for today.

This is the third call of the matter today and there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

Court also notices that a settlement agreement has been placed on record by Respondent No.5 bringing forth the settlement arrived on 27.03.2024 before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, which perhaps explains why the Petitioner is no longer prosecuting the present petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with pending application.
