The learned senior counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to agitate all submissions before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as, 'Tribunal'), where the Original Applications (hereinafter referred to as, 'OA') filed by the petitioners are pending adjudication. 2.
While allowing the petitioners to withdraw these petitions, we make it clear that the impugned order shall not affect the final hearing of the OAs that are pending before the learned Tribunal and that they shall be determined on their own merits.

The petitions along with pending applications are disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms.
