Counsel for MCD has handed up order dated 5th February 2024 under Section 343 (1) Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 wherein it is noted that pursuant to hearing given to the owner/occupier of the property, it was recorded that owner had rectified that deviation in excess coverage beyond the standard building plan and there is neither excess coverage nor any deviation at this stage.

The booking therefore, was rendered infructuous. 3.

The said document be placed on record by counsel for the MCD within a week's time.

This petition stands disposed of.
