% 29.03.2019 CM 14589/2019 (exemption)
1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
W.P.(C) 3183/2019 & CM APPL. 14588/2019(interim directions)
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner states that the petition needs to be re-drafted. In particular, he refers to the fact that in the third line of the synopsis it is stated that the property in question is "now part of a regularized colony called Palam Extension, Sector - 7, Dwarka, New Delhi" whereas there is no mention of this fact anywhere in the entire petition. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
I.S.MEHTA, J.
