1. This is an application seeking exemption from filing duly sworn affidavit of the petitioner. Binding the deponent of the affidavit to the contents of the application, the exemption is granted.

the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (TDSAT) with an application praying for certain interim arrangement being directed between the parties during the pendency of the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The learned Tribunal is requested to consider the application, as and when filed by the petitioner, expeditiously.
