None appeared for the plaintiff on 9th April, 2018 before the Joint Registrar also. The Joint Registrar in the order of the said date has also recorded that the plaintiff had not taken necessary steps as per previous directions.

A perusal of the order sheet shows that on 8th February, 2018, Mr. Zahid Hussain, Advocate had appeared for the plaintiff and submitted that he shall file his Vakalatnama on behalf of the plaintiff and the counsels earlier appearing for the plaintiff were discharged prior thereto. On 15th November, 2017 also, none had appeared for the plaintiff. 4.

The counsel for the defendants, on enquiry, states that no appeal arising from this suit is pending.
