Learned counsel for the respondent submit that pursuant to an order passed by the learned Executing Court the vacant, physical, and peaceful possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the respondent on 02.09.2025.

As such relying upon N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending application(s), is disposed of.
