W.P.(Crl.) 773/2020 Present petition is filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking extension of parole to the petitioner in pursuance to FIR No.524/2010 registered at Police Station Mangol Puri for the offence punishable under section 21 NDPS Act. Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present petition and the fact that petitioner was earlier granted parole vide order dated 17.02.2020 and considering the crisis going on in the country due to outbreak, I hereby extend parole for a period of four weeks on the same terms and conditions as imposed earlier vide order dated 17.02.2020.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
