In W.P.(C) 340/2025, the petitioner has challenged an order dated 22.11.2024, by which her services were terminated. In W.P.(C) 3853/2025, the petitioner has challenged a suspension order dated 24.05.2024.

Pursuant to the order dated 25.04.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-School state that they have arrived at a settlement. A joint affidavit of the petitioner-Ms. Promila Anand and Mr. Jagjit Singh, General Manager of the respondentSchool, has been handed over to the Court, and is taken on record. The deponents are personally present, and confirm that the disputes have been settled on the terms mentioned in the affidavit. The affidavit contains a submission that the parties will remain bound by the terms recorded therein. The said statement on affidavit is taken as an undertaking to the Court.

The settlement contemplates payment of Rs. 28,00,000/-, by the respondent-School to the petitioner in the following instalments: (a) Rs. 2,00,000/- by 03.05.2025.
(b)Rs.3,50,000/- by 15.05.2025.
(c) Nine instalments of Rs. 2,50,000/- each - amounting to Rs. 22,50,000/- by 15th of each calendar month from 15.06.2025 until 15.02.2026.
It also provides as follows:
"The second deponent will issue up-to-date KYC of EPF, certificate for EPF Pension, experience letter, gratuity letter and cooperate with the first deponent in relation to final settlement. documents, available to her, to the second deponents including the register if any."

In view of the aforesaid settlement agreement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek any further orders in the writ petitions. 6.
The writ petitions, alongwith pending applications, stand disposed of in terms of the above undertaking.
