The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner-Mr. Pabitra Ghosh under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking directions to the Registrar Cooperative Societies (hereinafter, 'RCS') to forward the name of the Petitioner to the Delhi Development Authority (hereinafter, 'DDA') for allotment of flat in 'B' category in the DUJ Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd (hereinafter, 'the Society').

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the RCS has conducted a verification of the documents of the Petitioner.
