The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent is not denying that the petitioner was married to his deceased son.

Considering the aforesaid submission of the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that summoning the concerned authority who issued the Surviving Member Certificate is not required.

The present petition is therefore dismissed.
