The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, directing the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, N.C.T. of Delhi/Respondent No. 1, to act upon the recommendations made by the Hon'ble Lokayukta by the order dated 25.11.2024.

(ii) Direct the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, N.C.T. of Delhi/Respondent No. 1, to submit an Action Taken Report (ATR) before the Hon'ble Lokayukta as required under Section 12(2) of the Delhi Lokayukta and Uplokayukta Act, 1995; (iii) Pass any other order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of while directing the Office of the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17th February, 2025 expeditiously. The said representation to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor is annexed as Annexure P-2 to the instant writ petition.

Taking into consideration the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the instant writ petition with a direction to the Office of the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17th February, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
