% 15.11.2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No. 274/2018 registered at Police Station - Sarai Rohilla for the offences punishable under Sections 313 IPC. The petitioner and the respondent/complainant are present in Court and staying together as husband and wife. Thus, respondent No. 2 prayed that FIR in question may be quashed.

In view of order dated 15.11.2019 passed in Criminal Revision Petition 502/2019, I hereby quash FIR No. 274/2018 registered at PS - Sarai Rohilla. Application stands disposed of.
