O R D E R

% 18.08.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video Conferencing. Respondent No.1 Punjab & Sind Bank has filed a sur-rejoinder where it has been stated that in terms of the clarifications provided by Basel Committee on banking supervision and as per new circular issued by RBI, the account of the petitioner would not be classified as NPA as on 31.03.2020.

In view of the submission, learned counsel for the petitioner states that nothing survives in the Writ Petition. He, however, submits that there is a small issue of interest for which he seeks liberty to raise the issue at an appropriate forum.
