Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that vide Order dated 06.12.2022 SWO Organization had undertaken to make some payment to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Petitioner and other aggrieved persons, though it has not been complied. The SWO may have tried to settle the disputes by making some payments, but that in itself is no ground to not consider the Petition on merits. 2.
By way of present Writ Petition the relief sought is that the investigations be transferred to the CBI or Directorate of Enforcement and directions be given to Respondent No.4 to investigate violation by SOW under Section447 Companies Act, 2013.

Learned ASC for State submits that the Chargesheet is almost ready and would be filed in the Court. Furthermore, whatever the grievance are required in regard to commission of the offence under the Companies Act, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the ROC or to seek appropriate remedy before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law. 4.
No further directions are merited on the Writ Petition, which is hereby dismissed.
