% 25.04.2019 The respondents have been served and are represented through counsel. The elections have been held in terms of the last order. The record pertaining to the elections have been placed in sealed cover and produced before this Court.

Since the disputes relate to a society registered under the Societies Registration Act and the disputes are concerning the elections held for the said society, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. We, therefore, leave it to the petitioner to prefer such other remedy as may be

available to the petitioner under the law. We, however, direct the respondents to continue to maintain the complete election records in terms of our order dated 29.03.2019 and the election results shall continue to be kept in the sealed cover for a period of two weeks from today to enable the petitioner to avail of other appropriate remedy. In case the petitioner does not obtain any further interim orders from a competent Court during the said period, it shall be open to the respondents to open the sealed cover containing the results and declare the same. The record shall be preserved and kept by the Election Officer.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. We make it clear that we have not examined the merits of case of the either party.
