At the outset, learned senior counsel for the respondent no.5 objects to the maintainability of the present petition inasmuch as the petitioner has no locus standi.

Be that as it may, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make a representation to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), invoking appropriate provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and/ or take recourse to further/ any other remedies, as may be available under law. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
