It is contended on behalf of the petitionersss that electricity connection has been granted in favour of respondents no.2 and 3 on the basis of forged documents.

To be noted, petitioners are related to respondents no.2 and 3 and there is a civil suit, which is ongoing in respect of the subject property. 4.

On 20th August, 2025, a complaint was filed by the petitioners with the respondent no.1/ BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL). 5.

Having heard the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.1/ BRPL to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner and pass a speaking order within eight (8) weeks from today.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
