The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that an FIR has been registered on 29.05.2024 for offences under Sections 259/263A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on a complaint given by the complainant, namely, Rajiv Kumar.

He submits that an appropriate notice would be given to the petitioner if he is required for any investigation. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition in future in case any grievance remains.
