% 20.04.2026 By way of the present revision petition under Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks to set aside the order dated 27.09.2025, whereby the learned Family Court directed him to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month for his two children.

Mr. Mayank Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
