The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the CCTV cameras installed by the respondent no.6 outside the petitioner's premises, which invades the privacy of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an ongoing civil dispute between the petitioner's father and the respondent no.6. In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise the said issue in the ongoing civil dispute.
