Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioners wish to hand over possession of the premises to the Respondents/landlords today. The keys of the premises are being handed over to the Respondents/landlords who is present in Court. 2.

In this view of the matter, the Petitioners seek and are granted permission to withdraw the present Petition.

The Respondents/landlords are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law to recover the user and occupation charges. 4.
