% 12.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injured /PW-1 has not supported the prosecution version in as much as he has not identified the petitioner as the assailant. Injured has already been discharged from the hospital.

Petitioner is in custody for around more than 1 1⁄2 years. Investigations are complete; charge sheet has been filed; trial is underway.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
