The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "a) Quash the FIR No. 0055 dated 21.08.20198 registered at Tughlak Road New Delhi, under Sections 323/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code (Annexure P/1) and all the consequential proceedings arising there from against the petitioner as the same is an abuse of the process of law and in order to secure the ends of justice;

b) Stay of the proceedings arising out of the present F.LR. bearing Criminal Case Number 4208 of 2020, pending before the court of Ms. Manu Shree, Learned Metropolitan Magistrate for 02.05.2023, for framing of charge, during the pendency of present petition. c) Permit the petitioner to place on record the true translated copy of Annexure P/1, P/2 (Colly), P/3 and P4 (Colly) along with exemption from filing the certified copies of the annexures, in the interest of justice;

d) Pass any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the Petitioner."

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court, in accordance with law. 5.
