The present application U/s 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 195/2019 under Sections 409/420/120 B IPC registered at police station Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi.

It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that Co-accused Ct. Vijender with larger obligation was granted bail by this Court on 06.03.2020 by depositing Rs. 12 Lacs. He further submitted that the petitioner / applicant seeks compassion and parity and is ready to deposit

his obligation as made out in the charge sheet. He further submitted that the petitioner/applicant is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 6.5 Lakh with the Registrar General of this Court and has no objection in case the said amount is returned to the Exchequer. It is further submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner /applicant is in J.C. since 03.10.2019. 4.

In view of the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner / applicant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 6.5 Lakh with the Registrar General of This Court within 3 working days and subject to the depositing of the said amount of Rs. 6.5 Lakh by the petitioner, he is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to further following conditions:- (i) The petitioner/ applicant will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence.

(ii) The petitioner/applicant shall provide the IO/SHO P.S. Economic Offences Wing with his mobile phone number and address and in the event of change in the same, shall bring it to the notice of the IO/SHO. (iii) The petitioner/ applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the NCR of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court. (iv) The petitioner/applicant will remain regularly present before the trial Court.
