Counsel for the appellants states that he has instructions not to press the appeals but only seeks time to vacate the suit premises till 31.12.2016. This is acceptable to the counsel for the respondent. Accordingly, these appeals are disposed of as not pressed but appellants are granted time to vacate the respective suit premises on or before 31.12.2016, subject of course to the appellants continuing to pay the mesne profits as determined by the courts below and also clear all electricity and water charges of the suit premises till the suit premises are vacated. Arrears, if any, towards damages/mesne profits be cleared within a period of one month from today. 2.
Accordingly, let the appellants file the undertakings in this Court within a period of two weeks from today in terms of the present order and on the appellants filing the undertakings and complying with the terms of the same appellants will not be evicted from the suit premises till 31.12.2016. 3.
Appeals are accordingly disposed of.
