The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of the FIR No. 66/2025 dated 25.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25 Arms Act at PS IGI Airport.
