The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.978/2015 registered under Sections 451/354(B)/509/323/34 IPC at PS Rani Bagh. Status report is on record.

On 20.01.2016, it was informed that the matter has been settled between the parties. The complainant appears in person and informed that the matter has been settled with the petitioner. Status report reveals that the matter has been resolved between the parties on the condition that Neelima Kamra will get FIR No.987/2015 under Sections 354D/506 IPC dated 05.12.2015 registered at PS Rani Bagh quashed.

Since the matter has been settled by the complainant, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
