The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 14.03.2022, passed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, pursuant to which the Respondent was acquitted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ('NI Act'). 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Appellate Court.

The matter requires consideration.

In view of the above, the leave to appeal is granted and the appeal be numbered as Criminal Appeal ............/2025 (to be numbered).
