This suit was filed on behalf of the Plaintiff for a money decree against Defendant in the sum of Rs. 3 crores as also a perpetual and mandatory injunction directing Defendant to remove the articles from the website and remove the defamatory video on YouTube.com, amongst other reliefs.

During the pendency of the present suit, parties have arrived at an amicable settlement of all their disputes and Consent Terms dated 15.01.2025 has been drawn up, recording the terms of settlement, copy of which has been placed on record. Relevant terms of the Consent Terms dated 15.01.2025 are extracted hereunder for ready reference: - "4. The Plaintiff hereby undertakes and agrees to give up its monetary claim of Rs. 3 Crores which is sought as damages by the Plaintiff from the Defendant in the Suit. claim whatsoever against the Defendant in respect of the articles and videos which are the subject matter of the captioned Suit.

5. The Defendant hereby agrees and undertakes to take down and not to republish the Articles and Videos which are the subject matter of the captioned Suit.

6. For the sake of clarity, it is hereby clarified that the aforesaid terms cannot be construed to mean that either party in the captioned Suit was right/wrong on merits.

7. In view of the aforesaid, the Parties hereby agree to make a joint request before the High Court to dispose of the captioned Suit in terms of the present Consent Terms."

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the suit be decreed in terms of the Consent Terms dated 15.01.2025.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms dated 15.01.2025. Consent Terms dated 15.01.2025 will form part of the decree and terms of settlement shall bind the parties thereto. 5.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet in terms of the Consent Terms dated 15.01.2025.

Suit along with pending applications stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
