This is a petition seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 27.09.2021 passed in favour of the decree holders and against the judgment debtor.

It is stated by Mr. Kapur, learned counsel for the decree holders that the principal amount has been paid but an amount of Rs. 2,92,17,808.19/- as interest is outstanding as on 05.05.2023 and Rs. 20 lakhs as legal cost totalling to Rs. 3,12,17,808.19/-.

In order to cut short the controversy and based on the assurance and undertaking given by the judgment debtor, the decree holder is agreeable to reduce the amount of administrative and legal cost. 4.

states that the judgment debtor will pay Rs. 1 crore on or before 30.05.2024, another sum of Rs. 1 crore on or before 30.06.2024 and the balance amount of Rs. 92,17,808.19/- on or before 31.07.2024. 5.

Taking the statement of the judgment debtor on record and binding the judgment debtor to the same, the execution petition is disposed of. 6.

In case the amounts are not paid on the agreed dates, the decree holders shall be entitled to revive to execution petition and seek recovery of the entire amount.
