Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender and he seeks some time for this purpose.

In the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted one week‟s time to surrender before the Trial Court. It is clarified that no further extension for the purpose of surrender shall be granted under any circumstances.

In view of the aforesaid directions, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
