CRL.M.A. 42908/2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks correction in the order dated 16.09.2019.
In para 21 of the aforementioned order, this Court directed that while maintaining the order of the Magistrate dated 24.01.2018, order dated 14.01.2019 passed by the Revisional Court has been set aside. I find force in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, para 21 of judgment dated 16.09.2019 shall be read as under:- "In view of the above, while maintaining the order of the Magistrate
dated 24.01.2012, I hereby set aside the order dated 14.01.2019 passed by the Revisional Court"
