This is a petition under Section 29A seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of two months. The Court has perused the proceeding sheets of the Arbitrator on 21st March, 2024 which shows that the opinion of the expert is being recorded and the arbitral record is also voluminous. Considering this position and as requested by the ld. Counsels for both the parties, the extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator is granted for a period of two months.
