This is a petition under Section 29A seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator. A perusal of the order dated 11th December, 2023 would show that the mandate had expired on 13th September, 2023 after which, by consent, the mandate was extended by six months. The proceedings are before a three member tribunal and the arguments have also concluded. Only the award is to be pronounced. In view thereof, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of six months. 7.
