After advancing his arguments for a while, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the Original Side of this Court, where Civil Suit bearing CS (OS) No.683/2023, is pending. He submits that he shall raise the prayer to transfer other matters to be adjudicated along with CS (OS) No.683/2023 before the Court where the aforesaid suit is currently pending. 2.

Accordingly, at this stage, with the aforesaid leave and liberty, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
