% 25.04.2026 Since 03.03.2026 was declared holiday vide notification dated 27.02.2026, the matters listed on 03.03.2026 were directed to be taken up on 25.04.2026.

On 31.07.2025, noting the non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed issuance of court notice. However, on the next date of hearing, i.e., 17.12.2025, the said notice was found to have been served upon the petitioner. Even today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. A perusal of the record further reveals that there was refusal on the part of the petitioner to accept notice sent by speed post. 2.
