On 31.07.2025, noting the non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed issuance of court notice. However, on the next date of hearing, i.e., 17.12.2025, the said notice was found to have been served upon the petitioner. Even today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. A perusal of the record further reveals that there was refusal on the part of the petitioner to accept notice sent by speed post. 2.
