This application is filed seeking extension of interim bail. 2.

The applicant was granted interim bail vide order dated 27.04.2020 for three months for treatment of his father but has not used the same till date inspite of various extensions. The interim bail granted cannot be culminated into a regular bail. Since the relief granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court has also been withdrawn, hence there is no reason to extend the interim bail.

The application stands dismissed.
