Mr. Ashish Dutt, the learned APP accepts notice for the State. 4.

The petitioner seeks bail particularly, to take care of his parents who are stated to be ailing. The parents' ailment is not disputed. Documents of their medical treatment have been annexed with the petition. The OPD card from the District Joint Clinic, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh shows that the petitioner's father is suffering from pulmonary disease and has been advised many medicines. His condition is stated to be rather weak and poor. The mother of the petitioner too is stated to be in poor help.

The court is informed that final arguments in the matter are pending since July 2019. In these circumstances, the petitioner cannot

influence the further conduct of the case. It is also a matter of record that the he has been granted bail earlier more than four times and in one bail application extension was granted three times. On each occasion, the petitioner had surrendered before the authorities concerned within time. Therefore, his conduct has all along been more than satisfactory.

Considering the petitioner's personal condition, especially of his ailing parents who need his urgent assistance, his never having misused the liberty granted to him, his jail conduct and the stage of his case, the petitioner is granted bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- to the Jail Superintendent concerned, subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner will regularly appear on each and every date of hearing as may be fixed by the learned Trial Court; (ii) The petitioner shall keep the Investigating Officer Inspector Arvind, Police Station I.P. Estate (Mb. 9717288003) informed about his whereabouts every Friday through SMS or telephone call.

The petition stands disposed off in the above terms. 8.

Nothing stated in this order shall be deemed to be an adjudication on the merits of the case. The registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Jail Superintendent, concerned for compliance. Additionally, a copy of the same shall also be delivered upon the Jail Superintendent through the police. 9.

The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the
