% 11.06.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CRL.M.A. 6140/2020, 7460/2020 & 7461/2020 in CRL.M.C. 1466/2020 In the last proceedings, the word, 'deposed' be read as 'disposed' inasmuch as an inadvertent clerical error has crept in while recording the proceedings.

During the course of hearing, ld. counsel for the petitioner concedes that the ld. MM has already disposed of the petition filed by the petitioner seeking custody of the minor children on 01.06.2020 and in view thereof, she has instructions to not to press the instant petition any further. It however comes to be stated by her that the arrangement of video conference meeting of the petitioner with the minor children, as was directed vide order dated 24.04.2020 may however continue till further orders as may come to be passed on the challenge being extended by the petitioner to the order dated 01.06.2020 passed by the ld. MM whereby, the petition filed by the petitioner seeking custody of the minor children has been declined. To such an extent,

Ms. Anand, ld. counsel for the respondent readily agrees to. In view of the foregoing facts and circumstances and the submissions made, the arrangement of video conference meeting of the petitioner/mother with the minor children shall continue and the instant petition stands disposed of in the said terms along with all the pending applications.
