Union of India and Others, the present Petitions are required to be disposed of accordingly, particularly when this judgment has been affirmed by the Supreme Court, in a Civil Appeal arising out of SLP(C) No.11595/2023, by a detailed judgment passed on 01.04.2026. 2.
Accordingly, and with the consent of the learned counsel representing the parties, the present Petitions are allowed in terms of the judgment passed in Sunil Kumar Rai (supra). 3.
