% 24.04.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) By the instant petition, parole is sought on behalf of the petitioner in case FIR No. 429/2007 under Section 302/364/34 IPC, P.S. Nangloi. This petition has come to be filed by one Kartar Singh claiming to be the father of the petitioner. Parole is sought on account of marriage of the daughter of the other son of Kartar Singh.

Mr. Mehra, ld. Standing Counsel for the State submits that the representation dated 14.03.2020 made by Kartar Singh shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits within five days from today. Let it be so done. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Mehra, no further directions are called for and the petition stands disposed of in view of the foregoing directions.
