Applicant seeks interim bail in case arising out of FIR No.243/20217 dated 20.05.2017, registered at P.S. Burari, for commission of offence under Section 302 IPC. Bail is being sought for the reason that marriage of the applicant is scheduled for today.

Learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that there is one more murder case against the applicant in which he continues to be in custody and his such bail application is now listed for further consideration before the learned Bench presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani on 19.05.2026. abovesaid limited purpose and since the abovesaid marriage was scheduled today, on instructions, the applicant does not press his present application at this stage. He, however, seeks liberty to file application afresh as and when marriage is rescheduled for some other date.
