ORDER

% 20.04.2021 The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing.

1. The learned counsel for the Delhi Development Authority ('DDA') submits that the possession of the property was not given to the petitioners within 2 weeks of the payment because there were deficiencies which had to be cured.

2. The learned counsel for the DDA further submits that the intimation of the said deficiencies were posted to the petitioners on 06.04.2021. However, a copy of the deficiency letter has not been received by the petitioners. Let the same be supplied to the Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

petitioners through counsel during the course of the day and the defects be cured. Upon the requisite document being filed, possession shall be delivered to the petitioners in 3 weelcs thereafter.

3. The petitions, along with pending applications, are disposed-off in terms of the above.

4. In case of difficulty, it will be open to the parties to approach the Court.
